Decidedly not a doom, gloom, and beware of climate change type of talk…

Join us on Monday, Feb. 16th for a different kind of talk about the environment!

Monday, February 16th | 7:00 pm | Alumni Auditorium
Green Grass and High Tides
Hope, Joy, and Opportunity within a New Green Economy
Decidedly not a doom, gloom, and beware of climate change type of talk…

This panel discussion is an attempt to generate excitement at Champlain College about the environmental movement and its potential for positive economic and social change.

It might convince us that the changes needed to counter global climate change, peak oil, and natural resource depletion are the kinds of changes that we want to make anyhow. Full of green jobs, economic opportunity, and bound to increase your quality of life.

Come learn what has made this group of environmental academics, entrepreneurs, business and community leaders an optimistic bunch.

...and there will be a Contra Dance afterwards!
